BUT DOES IT WORK?

Here's what the Handmade Alpha community says about my swipe file series...

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

BUT IS IT "ALLOWED"?

Am I allowed to message my Etsy customers?

Yes! You are absolutely allowed to message your Etsy customers through Etsy conversations, as long as the message is transactional. This means that the conversation needs to be about a specific and recent purchase they made in your shop. The key word being "recent"... so avoid messaging customers who placed orders months ago. That's a bit creepy.

Am I allowed to message a customer to thank them for purchasing?

Yes! Etsy actually encourages sellers to message their customers to say "thanks" for ordering! After all, isn't that what buying handmade is all about?

Am I allowed to message a customer with an estimate on when their order will ship?

Yes! In fact, Etsy highly recommends that sellers reach out to their customers via Etsy conversations after they place an order to let them know approximately when you expect their order will ship.

Am I allowed to message my customer when I ship their order?

Absolutely! Though Etsy sends a boring auto-generated email letting customers know when their orders are on the way, you can go a step forward by sending a quick message as well. This is an amazing way to build repeat buyers!

Am I allowed to ask for feedback?

You sure can! In fact, Etsy encourages sellers to reach out for feedback! In my swipe file series, I teach you how to do this in a way that doesn't feel sleazy and gross. Pinky promise.

Am I allowed to thank a customer for feedback?

Of course you are! If someone on the street stopped you to say, "I love your hair!" - wouldn't you thank them?  Etsy feels the same way, as long as you keep it short and sweet!

So I'm totally allowed to use this Swipe File Series on Etsy?

Yep! You sure are! Everything within my swipe file series is sculpted and catered to Etsy's seller policies. Don't believe me? Click here to check their policies for yourself!

Why haven't I started doing this sooner?

There's no time like the present! Though you shouldn't use these swipe files for old orders, you can begin using them for all orders you receive from this point forward! Yippee!

BUT HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?

I could probably charge a bundle for these swipe files and retire to a nice island off the coast...

However-

these swipe files are truly a game changer that can set the foundation for your customer service strategy.

That's why I'm giving them to you - for free.

They even include instructions that explain how to use them, why they work, and the proven psychology behind them.
